The Bristol Dragway Street Fights Season begins @ Thunder Valley on Saturday, March 28th and ends on Saturday, October 3rd, 2015. $5 to watch, $10 to race, Trailered Racer: $15, Children 12 & under are free! Giant Screen Outdoor Movies At The Pinnacle--FREE

The Tri-Cities most popular outdoor movie events are back and at a new location with more movies on our exciting Giant Screen at The Pinnacle in Bristol for six free movie events in June, July and August. The Giant Screen Outdoor Movies are always family-friendly and free to everyone. Movies will be shown (weather permitting) on 8/6--Alexander & The Terrible, Horrible, No Good Very Bad Day, 8/13--When The Game Stands Tall. Everyone is invited to bring their lawn chairs, blankets, and the whole family for a fun night out under the stars. Activities will feature some limited games and drawings for prizes prior to sunset, and the movie starts at dusk!

The American Red Cross blood drive program is being hosted by several sponsors in the area. Here are several locations: 7/30 in Wytheville, Va., 12 noon – 6pm. @ Bolling Wilson Hotel. This is the only site for donors to donate and be entered in the summer car giveaway. 8/5 in Bristol, Va., 1pm –6pm. @ Holiday Inn Conference Center. 8/12 in Glade Spring, Va. 1pm – 6pm. 6th Annual Wash N Wag Fundraiser

Join us for the 6th Annual Wash-N-Wag at the Kingsport Town Center (lower parking lot at the intersection of Fort Henry Drive and Memorial Boulevard) on Saturday, August 15th from 1:00-5:00 p.m. Wash-N-Wag will offer dog washes for dogs up to 100 lbs for an $8 donation and a $12 donation for dogs over 100 lbs.
